SHOULD I OR SHOULD I NOT QUESTIONS I ASK U XD

Ok, well, I have a few questions I'd like to ask all of you guys pwease^-^

1: Should I make a liscence for my artwork? Because I know some people copy others stuff and take it and crop it or whatever and call it their OWN work, I admit I make my rpc pics, but I say that I got the pics off of here or photobucket. So should I?

2: I've made a new manga idea and I was wondering if I should uploadsome sketches of it here for all of you guys to see, =) But I'm worried about peopple who might take my ideas >_>

And lastly 3: I've seen some rpc pics here, and I made my own rpc (Uchiha JuuGatsu which is Itachis Older sister X3) And I was wonderring if I should upload them, but they are anime screen caps edited and some peoples art I found on photobucket =\

I personally think you should have a license for YOUR stuff...and if someone takes it....and you find them....you kill them :|
and only post your manga if you want to....I dont even tell people about my concept game's story because I think people will steal it XD;
I wouldn't upload the first one though unless you can give credit and such....but take EXTREME caution
